ActiveThis document details a request from the Port of Columbia County to Portland General Electric (PGE) for a reduction of approximately 19 acres from the existing Seely Sublease. The reduction is necessary to accommodate the NEXT Renewable Fuels project at Port Westward. The original Seely Sublease is dated September 1, 2003, and expires in 2030. Although the sublease terms do not require compensation for reductions under 50 acres, the Port is offering to assist the sublessee, Warren Seely, with costs related to infrastructure modifications, either through a rent discount or monetary compensation. The document includes the initial request letter, PGE's formal notice to Warren Seely, the Port's follow-up offer to Seely, and land survey information for proposed pipeline and access road easements for the NEXT project.
