About this conference
This is the 14th conference, presented exclusively in a "case presentation format" with real cases presented by real investigators and prosecutors, focusing on "lessons learned". The two-and-a-half-day conference will include numerous high-profile homicide case presentations. There will also be a product vendor expo showcasing relevant equipment and products from manufacturers. The conference aims to provide investigative support, training, and networking opportunities to homicide investigators and responders, prosecutors, and other death investigation professionals throughout the State of Washington and the Pacific Northwest.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship opportunities include: - Gold Sponsor ($1250): Includes standard vendor table, ad placement in e-program, WHIA web page listing with URL linking for 4 months, listing in attendee resources, vendor supplied insert in gift bag, hosted meals and evening hospitality for one representative. - Camp Travel Mug Sponsor ($2500): Includes custom travel mug with company logo for each attendee, plus all benefits of a Gold level vendor/sponsor. - Hospitality Night Sponsor ($3000): Host one of the two hosted hospitality nights (Tuesday or Thursday) with buffet food, beer & wine, signage, and all benefits of a Gold level vendor/sponsor. - Coffee Sponsorship ($600 for Wednesday or Thursday, $300 for Friday morning): Plenum announcements, slide display, and signage at coffee stations. - Attendee swag bag promotional material inclusion ($250): Printed promotional material or swag included in each attendee's gift bag (vendor supplies 320 items). - Contributor: Provide products for drawings, raffles, or door prizes (includes mention at drawing and listing in e-program).
