About this conference
USSOCOM conducts Technical Experimentation (TE) events throughout the United States, bringing together Government, academia, and private industry representation. These events offer a unique opportunity for technology developers to interact with the Special Operations Forces (SOF) community in a collaborative environment. The primary objective is to identify potential technology solutions with a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of 3 or greater, assessing their impacts, limitations, and utility to meet SOF technical objectives and thrust areas. For TE 26-2, the experimentation focus is specifically on highlighting technologies that support the modular integration of Agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based capabilities into existing SOF systems. The overarching problem statement indicates that SOF requires Agentic AI-based technologies capable of collaborative tactical or operational task execution, as well as the creation and support of workflows that can be modularly integrated into current SOF software architectures.
