USN / USMC Electromagnetic Spectrum Summit 2026

The 2026 DON CIO Spectrum Summit, scheduled for February 10 -- 12th, 2026, at the San Diego Convention Center, San Diego, CA, will facilitate the sharing of information about new and emerging electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) policy and initiatives, as well as national and international EMS issues that impact USN and USMC EMS programs and operations. The Department of Navy (DON) recognizes that the electromagnetic spectrum is a critical economic and national security resource. Effectively planning for the future EMS Battlespace in light of increased reallocation initiatives will require innovation and agility to ensure DON spectrum-dependent systems maintain and enhance mission capabilities.
