USDA's 103rd Agricultural Outlook Forum 2027

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Agricultural Outlook Forum (AOF) is the Department's oldest and largest annual event. During the Forum, USDA's Chief Economist unveils the Department's outlook for the domestic agricultural economy and trade for the year. The 2027 program will feature remarks by senior USDA leadership, a presentation on agricultural markets and trade by USDA Chief Economist Justin Benavidez, distinguished speakers, and multiple breakout sessions. These sessions will cover a wide range of current and emerging topics in agriculture, including the agricultural economy, commodity outlooks, global trade, innovations in agriculture, developments in animal and crop biotechnology, food and animal safety, and emerging topics such as AI applications in agriculture. An exhibit hall showcases resources from USDA agencies and private organizations. The Forum serves as a unique platform for producers, processors, policymakers, government officials, and non-governmental organizations to exchange ideas and discuss trends shaping the agricultural sector.
