About this conference
The 2026 State Crash Reconstruction Managers Annual Meeting will facilitate collaboration among state police crash reconstruction work units. Sessions will provide opportunities to diversify and implement best practices for your agency’s crash reconstruction program. This annual meeting is made possible, in part, by a cooperative agreement from the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship opportunities include sponsoring specific aspects of events like hotel keys, receptions, networking breaks, apparel, daily emails, lanyards, or Wi-Fi. Additionally, there are exhibitor opportunities. Exhibiting provides an opportunity to network, build working relationships, and reach active participants in law enforcement and the transportation industry. There are 10 exhibit booths available at a cost of $1,000 for both CVSA members and non-members. Exhibit space includes one 6’ x 2.5’ table, two chairs, one 110-volt electrical outlet, pre- and post-conference attendee list, company name and logo on CVSA’s website, and exclusive exhibit time during refreshment breaks. Exhibit space applications and final payments are due by September 28.
