About this conference

Secure Horizons is an exclusive, intensive pre-conference program offered by ASIS International, designed to bring senior security executives together to collaborate, learn, and lead. Set against the powerful backdrop of the 25th anniversary of 11 September 2001, the program in Atlanta, GA draws on extraordinary real-world stories of crisis, endurance, and transformation to help participants lead with greater clarity, resilience, and purpose. The two-day event focuses on sharpening leadership skills, navigating organizational change, and building resilience. Key topics include crisis leadership, organizational transformation drawing from the FDNY's 9/11 experience, leading through extended challenging times like the Ernest Shackleton expedition, understanding and addressing change fatigue, and implementing successful organizational change with a systems-based framework. Attendees earn 10 CPEs for participating in the full program.
