Regional Meeting- Minneapolis

District 10 is hosting an inaugural regional conference on June 5 and 6, 2026. All members, especially those from Districts 7 (Michigan, Ohio, and West Virginia), 8 (Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky), 9 (Iowa, Missouri, and Wisconsin) will be able to gather at the Thomson Reuters conference center and campus located in Eagan, MN - not far from the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. Conveniently, a discounted group rate is available at the Omni Viking Lakes Hotel, located less than a mile away from the meeting site. With "Strengthening Your Judicial Core" as the conference theme, attendees can expect to feel recharged and reconnected. The program will include at least two keynote speakers: Ian Gershengorn, who will provide an overview of the U.S. Supreme Court 2025/2026 term, and Ross Guberman, a legal writing author. CLE programs will cover Judicial ethics in the courtroom, AI and the courts, e-discovery, emerging trends of state constitutional challenges, media and the courts, and a "bar to bench" panel discussion. Friday's program concludes with a 5:30pm onsite reception. Saturday morning's program will end at 12:00pm, followed by boxed lunches and afternoon excursions.
