About this conference
This spring, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) will be hosting three separate listening sessions on high-interest topics pertaining to the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Every session will include two panels, each comprised of several experts in the field with ranging viewpoints. A USPTO official will moderate each panel discussion. Members of the public may attend in person as space permits and virtually.
