About this conference
The Defense Sciences Office (DSO) will host an in-person and virtual Proposers Day for the Expeditionary Power- and Energy-Dense Implementations (ExPEDitions) program. ExPEDitions is a DARPA effort to leapfrog operational energy limitations, demonstrating a new chemistry for electrically rechargeable batteries and fuel cells able to achieve both high energy and power density. The purpose of this Proposers Day is to introduce the research community (industry, academia, and Government) to the program vision and goals, explain the mechanics of a DARPA program and the milestones of this particular effort, and encourage and promote teaming arrangements among potential organizations that have the relevant expertise, facilities, and capabilities for executing a research and development program responsive to the program goals.
