The Phoenix Challenge® 2026, hosted by the United States Department of War, Office of Information Operations Policy (OIOP), is an annual conference exploring "Information Operations: Evolving for Strategic Dominance." It focuses on integrating capabilities, forging alliances, and executing with precision to achieve a decisive advantage in the information domain. This event provides a unique opportunity for leaders and professionals from government, private industry, and academia across cognitive and technical information specialties to collaborate and advance best practices within the Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) community. Experts from U.S. combatant commands, military departments, OSD components, industry, academia, government, allies, and partner nations will address successes, gaps, needs, and opportunities for OIE, covering topics vital to the Principal Information Operations Advisor to the Secretary of Defense.
