Virginia Municipal League

The Virginia Municipal League (VML) is a statewide nonprofit, nonpartisan association of city, town, and county governments in Virginia, established in 1905. Its mission is to improve and assist local governments through legislative advocacy, research, education, and other services. VML organizes and hosts multiple events and conferences for local government officials, including an annual conference (Annual Conference & Mayors Institute) and a Small Towns Conference. These events are specifically designed for elected officials, council members, mayors, town managers, and municipal staff, making VML a relevant organizer for local government conferences.
