About this conference
The Municipal Electric Power Association of Virginia (MEPAV) Annual Conference is dedicated to meeting the needs of its members by providing information and support to localities that operate electric utilities. This event fosters networking, offers contemporary educational programs, and facilitates the sharing of best practices information among member utilities and associate members.

Associate membership is available, providing an invitation to MEPAV events including the Annual Conference, networking opportunities, and educational programs, and listing on the MEPAV website and directory. New members who sign up after May 1, 2026, will be considered current members through December 31, 2027. The associate membership costs $250.00 for one membership, with additional memberships available for $50.00 each.
