New Jersey Emergency Preparedness Association (NJEPA)

The New Jersey Emergency Preparedness Association (NJEPA) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing affordable emergency preparedness training to local, regional, and State emergency managers and first responders. It achieves this by organizing an annual conference, with the 27th annual event scheduled for April 20–24, 2026, at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City. The conference features specialized training, breakout sessions led by subject-matter experts, an exhibit hall, and special events. NJEPA's mission explicitly supports emergency management, response, recovery, mitigation, and continuity-related topics, including COOP/business continuity, which are covered within its policy, planning, response, and recovery tracks.
