The New Jersey Emergency Preparedness Association (NJEPA) is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to providing affordable emergency preparedness training to local, regional, and State emergency managers and first responders through an annual conference. Sponsorship options
Sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities are available, including various tiers: Charter Sponsor, Sponsor, Special Sponsor, Exhibitor, and Small Business. These packages offer benefits such as multiple booth spaces (10x10 or 20x30), attendee registrations (ranging from 2 to 15), access to training sessions, vendor receptions, and conference luncheons. Depending on the tier, benefits also include tickets to the Awards Reception, logo/website/company description placement on the conference website, mobile app, and digital program, pre/post-conference mailing lists, prominent company advertising, full or half-page advertisements in the conference program, and week-long or two-day advertisements on conference TVs. Additional attendees can be added for $75 each. Large vehicle displays with specific requirements are also possible. Standard booths include a 6' draped table, two chairs, and a wastebasket, but do not include carpet, electric, or AV needs, which must be ordered separately.
