Minnesota Association for Children’s Mental Health (MACMH)

The Minnesota Association for Children's Mental Health (MACMH) is hosting its 9th annual Infant & Early Childhood Multidisciplinary Conference. This event is designed for early care and education professionals, mental health professionals, home visitors, public health and child welfare professionals, and all others who support young children (prenatal-6) and their families and caregivers. The conference promotes infant and early childhood mental health principles to inform practice across disciplines, bringing together a vast network of multidisciplinary professionals from across the state. Discussions will center on the critical role of primary relationships, the necessity of reflection in relationship-based work, the influence of development on practice, the unique relational and developmental needs of infants and very young children, and how research and practice mutually inform each other.
