About this conference
The Minnesota Association for Children's Mental Health (MACMH) is hosting its 9th annual Infant & Early Childhood Multidisciplinary Conference. This event is designed for early care and education professionals, mental health professionals, home visitors, public health and child welfare professionals, and all others who support young children (prenatal-6) and their families and caregivers. The conference promotes infant and early childhood mental health principles to inform practice across disciplines, bringing together a vast network of multidisciplinary professionals from across the state. Discussions will center on the critical role of primary relationships, the necessity of reflection in relationship-based work, the influence of development on practice, the unique relational and developmental needs of infants and very young children, and how research and practice mutually inform each other.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship packages are available at Platinum ($7,500), Gold ($5,000), Silver ($3,000), and Bronze ($1,000) levels. All levels include company mention during keynote announcements, recognition on MACMH's website and in conference emails (25,000+ recipients). Higher tiers offer full-page ads, signage in high-traffic areas, complimentary conference registrations, and flyer inclusion in attendee bags. Program advertising options (full page: $1,200, half page: $700, quarter page: $400) and promotional items like flyers ($300), branded welcome bags ($300), pens ($300), and notepads ($300) are also available. Exhibit booths cost $350 (single booth) with an additional $150 for electricity. The deadline for all advertisements, printed materials, and branded items is October 30, 2026.
