About this conference

This annual seminar by the National Leased Housing Association (NLHA) focuses on the Mature Section 8 Project, addressing critical issues related to operating, acquiring, and financing project-based rental assistance. The agenda includes in-depth discussions on HUD policy and procedural revisions, asset management concerns, preservation trends and challenges in PBRA deals, RAD updates, fair housing guidance, and occupancy policy and process issues. Attendees can expect updates on HOTMA implementation, MOR issues, NSPIRE, NEPA, fraud risk, HAP transfers, improper payment prevention, and management of portfolios with updates on HOTMA and TRACs.
