NDTA-DTMO GovTravels 2026

The National Defense Transportation Association (NDTA), in association with the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO), is hosting the 2026 GovTravels from February 23-26, 2026, at the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center, Alexandria, VA. GovTravels is a four-day, NDTA-DTMO co-sponsored event that brings together experts from across the federal government and the commercial travel industry to examine a wide range of issues that impact the government’s multi-billion dollar travel enterprise. During this event, attendees will be educated and trained on best practices and strategies for DoD travel managers, learn about emerging technologies, exchange ideas and collaborate on travel issues, identify & capture actions, and build relationships among government and industry commercial travel experts. The 2026 theme, "Navigating New Horizons: Empowering Government and Travel Industry through Education & Training," emphasizes continuous education and training for mission readiness and world-class passenger travel for government travelers. The agenda includes interactive government & industry meetings, professional development sessions, keynote speakers, moderated panels, fireside chats, an Exhibit Hall, networking sessions, a Travel Academy with twenty classes, continuing education unit credits, and young leader events. This event provides a unique opportunity to connect with the government passenger travel team.
