About this conference
Join us for a Keynote to kick off the conference the morning of March 19th, 2 days of presentations, discussion groups, and networking opportunities spanning a wide array of financial topics in Research Administration. NCURA members enjoy a discounted registration fee, and the conference is open to all individuals in the Research Administration community. The community of those engaged in the financial administration for research was brought together in 2000 for a special topic conference on post-award issues. This community has come together each year since then for their own conference which has grown from 300 participants in the year 2000 to over 1,300 in 2024. This conference travels to a new location each year and is held between February and late March.
Sponsorship options
2026 FRA BOOTH REGISTRATION. $2,300 per 8x10 Booth. Includes: 1 Full Conference Registration, 2 Exhibitor Badges (Exhibit Hall Access Only), standard booth set up (8' high back drape, 3' high side drape, 6' draped table, 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket, booth identification sign), mailing list of registrants (pre and post conference), listing in the mobile conference app, breakfasts and breaks in exhibit area, 2 seated lunches with attendees, company description and website in Exhibitor Guide. Exhibitor registration cut-off: February 2, 2026. Booth cancellations received by January 23, 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund.
