About this conference

This workshop provides a crucial forum for EPA, state SRF programs, technical assistance providers, and various stakeholders, including communities, to collaborate and educate one another. Its core objectives include sharing innovative approaches and best management practices for financing water and wastewater infrastructure, especially for smaller systems. The event aims to increase awareness of new developments in SRFs, covering topics such as co-funding projects, accessing planning costs, and eligible projects that enhance public and environmental health (e.g., infrastructure resiliency, stormwater management, green infrastructure, and estuary improvements). It also offers peer-to-peer development and networking opportunities with partner organizations. This premier national workshop focuses on water infrastructure financing, policy, and implementation, allowing sponsors to engage directly with decision-makers influencing billions in annual water and wastewater funding. The event supports RCAP's mission to strengthen small and rural communities through high-quality training, networking, and technical development.
