About this conference

The NASIG 41st Annual Conference is an in-person event designed for information professionals engaged in library collections, acquisitions, and cataloging, as well as the broader scholarly communications supply chain. The conference aims to foster communication and innovation within librarianship, enabling practitioners to build relationships and advance the profession. The agenda will feature full-day sessions, including workshops and keynotes, covering topics such as the value of librarians' expertise, information and intersectionality in the digital millennium, OpenRefine, introduction to serials cataloging, and cataloging comics. Conference Sponsorships include: Tier 3 ($600 each) offering name and logo display, NASIG newsletter ad, and vendor lightning talk; Tier 2 ($1,500+) adding free registration for one company representative and vendor expo; and Tier 1 ($2,500+) further adding free registration for two company representatives and access to the conference registration list. Additionally, various Award Sponsorships are available, ranging from $500 to $4,600, providing specific recognition and registration benefits for award recipients.
