About this conference
The National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO) 2026 Transportation Energy Summit will take place in person in Arlington, Virginia on April 22-23, 2026. This two-day event will convene State Energy Offices working at the nexus of energy and transportation with public and private sector partners to discuss emerging transportation energy needs and priority opportunities. The Summit is open to all interested State Energy Offices as well as invited participants. Space is limited and all attendees must register in advance online by no later than Wednesday, April 15, 2026.
Sponsorship options
NASEO offers three levels of sponsorship between $2,500 and $10,000. Benefits include organization logo on conference website, organization logo in email and social media announcements and on printed agenda, special recognition during the conference, complimentary conference pass(es), full list of attendees after meeting, and guaranteed speaking opportunity during a panel. Sponsorship levels are Supporting ($2,500), Session ($5,000), and Event ($10,000).
