MOSA FOR DEFENSE & WARFARE SUMMIT

Defense Strategies Institute’s 3rd Annual MOSA for Defense & Warfare Summit will provide a forum for members of the DoW, Military Services, Industry, Academia, and other key stakeholders to discuss the warfighting imperative of implementing a modular open systems approach (MOSA) in the design, development, delivery, acquisition, and sustainment of modern defense systems. This summit focuses on the operationalization of MOSA mandates, providing insights needed to navigate the new Warfighting Acquisition System (WAS) and the shift toward portfolio-based management. The event will delve into MOSA's impact on key areas such as Space and Directed Energy, explore the role of Intellectual property laws in MOSA, and feature perspectives from a Tri-service panel.
