Midwest CASC 2026 Summer Science Symposium: Research in Action

The Midwest Climate Adaptation Science Center's (MW CASC) 2026 Summer Science Symposium will take place August 3-6 in Minneapolis. Celebrating five years of the MW CASC, this event will place a special emphasis on success stories from its first five years, highlighting the real-world impact of research through NGO, federal, state, and Tribal partnerships. Attendees can expect sessions showcasing adaptation science, strengthening research collaboration across the community, highlighting MW CASC-funded research, addressing science priorities, and demonstrating core values. The symposium will include a full day of conference sessions and activities, and will begin with optional workshops on transdisciplinarity and research coproduction.
