About this conference
The Mailers Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC) serves as a critical forum for the United States Postal Service (USPS) to engage with key mailing and shipping industry stakeholders. This venue facilitates the exchange of technical information, provides a platform for industry advice and recommendations on mail-related products and services, and ultimately aims to enhance customer value while expanding the use of these services. MTAC meetings also include work groups and focused discussions, fostering collaboration and addressing the evolving needs of the mailing and shipping sectors. Participation is primarily limited to approved MTAC member representatives, with sponsorship opportunities available for select non-members.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship opportunities are available for non-members who wish to attend certain MTAC activities. These opportunities are subject to advance approval by the MTAC Executive Committee. Sponsorship categories include Commercial Participants (individuals employed by mailing and shipping industry suppliers, vendors, or mail service providers) and Mentee Participants (individuals in mentorship programs with current MTAC members). Each MTAC member association or Industry Leader can sponsor up to three Commercial Participants per calendar year, with no limit on Mentee Participants. Requests for sponsorship must be submitted via a designated form to the MTAC Executive Committee.
