Leadership Symposium 2027

The Leadership Symposium is designed to develop the next generation of AWS Leaders. It supports high-performing members of AWS Sections and Student Chapters by providing tools, resources, and connections to leaders across AWS. The program is hands-on, offering practical insight into AWS leadership and fostering a strong peer network. Key components include applied leadership skills focused on real AWS challenges (managing Sections, organizing events, leading committees, balancing volunteer responsibilities), networking opportunities with peers from other Sections and Chapters, direct interaction with AWS Board of Directors members, Membership Chair, Symposium Alumni, and staff, and a deeper understanding of AWS governance, including the function of various Committees, Boards, and Districts.
