Leaders’ Summit

The culminating event of the United States' G20 host year, led by President Trump. It brings together leaders from G20 member countries (Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea, Turkey, the U.K. and the U.S.), the European Union, and the African Union to discuss global economic issues. The summit's agenda aligns with the G20's priorities for the year, which include modernizing financial regulation, strengthening the understanding of excessive global imbalances, enhancing debt transparency and facilitating debt restructuring processes, endorsing a vibrant digital assets ecosystem, improving cross-border payments and addressing payments fraud and scams, and promoting financial literacy.
