Latin America & Caribbean District to host Industry Outreach Event for Guajataca Dam Permanent Repair Project

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Latin America & Caribbean District will host a two-day Industry Outreach Event on July 28--29, 2026, to provide information to industry partners regarding the upcoming Guajataca Dam Permanent Repair Project in Puerto Rico. This event is intended solely for outreach and information sharing. It is not a solicitation, and no contract will be awarded as a result of this notice. The Outreach Event will address two separate potential contract actions associated with the long-term repair and resilience of the Guajataca Dam. The event will include an informative presentation covering the repair plan, construction considerations, acquisition strategies, anticipated timelines, and contracting requirements. Attendees are encouraged to submit questions in advance through ProjNet to help focus discussion on areas of greatest interest.
