JerseyCTF is a beginner-friendly Capture the Flag (CTF) competition designed to foster interest in cybersecurity. Organized by the NJIT Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) and NJIT Information and Cybersecurity Club (NICC), in conjunction with the NJIT SCI program, the event is tailored for students, beginners, and seasoned professionals. Participants engage with jeopardy-style challenges across various cybersecurity domains, including cryptography, forensics, binary exploitation/reversing, open-source intelligence (OSINT), and web exploitation. Parallel to the CTF competition, the event hosts presentations and panels featuring prominent speakers from both industry and government sectors.
