Each year, ILCMA members are invited to attend two conferences to discuss current practices in local government and attend training sessions to develop managerial skills. The Winter Conference focuses primarily on the nuts and bolts of local government management. ILCMA seeks proposals for educational or informational sessions, emphasizing practical "how-to" guidance, and encouraging member panels. Sessions should not be used to sell a product or service.
