Human Performance & Biosystems Summit

DSI’s 8th Annual Human Performance & Biosystems Summit will convene senior leaders from the Department of War, Military Research Laboratories, Industry, and Academia to discuss the policies, strategies, and innovations shaping the future of Warfighter human performance. Amidst an increasingly multi-domain and cognitively demanding warfare environment, the Summit will highlight integrated, data-driven approaches that enhance readiness, resilience, and lethality across the Joint Force. The 2026 program will spotlight efforts to optimize physical, cognitive, psychological, and social performance through Human Performance Optimization initiatives such as Total Force Fitness (TFF), the Army’s Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F), the Marine Corps Total Fitness (MCTF), and the Navy’s Operational Fitness and Fueling System (NOFFS), emphasizing prevention-focused, sustainable models that reduce injury, improve recovery, and strengthen long-term force readiness. This year's Summit will explore the integration of wearable biosensors, digital health platforms, artificial intelligence, and advanced data analytics to personalize training, inform leadership decisions, and improve human performance outcomes at scale. Attendees will gain critical insight into the strategies, programs, technologies, and partnerships required to enhance Warfighter readiness, sustain peak performance, and maintain a resilient, adaptable Joint Force—both on and off the battlefield.
