FEDcon26 is NARFE's biennial national conference designed to connect the federal community in person. This premier event is open to the entire federal community, including current and retired federal workers. Attendees will engage in important topics across federal advocacy, federal benefits, career development, and lifestyle. The conference features expert-led educational sessions focused on maximizing federal benefits and advocacy efforts. General session speakers will include federal employee superstars, thought leaders, and commentators on the political environment affecting the federal family. Attendees can also visit exhibitors providing products and services, and hear from candidates for NARFE's national office.
