The Executive Leadership Council & Workforce Summit is an in-person gathering designed to address complex leadership and workforce challenges within early childhood programs, including Head Start and Early Head Start. The Executive Leadership Council component focuses on navigating regulatory and financial uncertainties for agency leaders. The Workforce Summit addresses critical issues such as workforce shortages, leadership turnover, increased compliance expectations, and recovery from community disruptions. It aims to align efforts, elevate proven strategies, and strengthen systems to support staff well-being and program effectiveness, fostering resilience, collaboration, and long-term sustainability. The event features general sessions, breakout discussions, and networking opportunities over three days, with an overlapping day to foster connection between both event components.

Head Start WEST offers both Year-Round Sponsorships and Conference Sponsorships. Year-Round options range from Corporate Membership ($1,000/year) to Visionary ($10,000+/year), providing benefits like logo placement, newsletter features, email blasts, webinar opportunities, and vendor tables.
