End Violence Against Women International (EVAWI) Conference: Empowering Change -- Innovative Response Strategies for Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence

This prestigious 3-day conference will take place April 7-9, 2026, in New Orleans, LA, and will bring over 2,000 professionals from across the nation – including experts in victim advocacy, criminal justice, social services, government, healthcare and forensics, and higher education. Together, we’ll explore forward-thinking approaches to supporting survivors and preventing violence in all its forms. One of the most meaningful aspects of our participation will be a hands-on service opportunity: attendees will help assemble F2F AfterCare Kits, filled with comforting items, our trademarked Freedom Bear, and handwritten messages of encouragement. These kits will be distributed to survivors and community partners following the event, serving as a tangible reminder that they are not alone. We are deeply grateful for the chance to collaborate with passionate, mission-driven professionals across these critical sectors – individuals who share our values and commitment to trauma-informed care.
