About this conference
The Family Engagement Conference is designed to elevate the importance of building strong, supportive families equipped with tools and resources for a better future, focusing on deepening the impact of Head Start programs on family economic stability, child development, and access to supportive services. The 2026 conference will feature dynamic workshops highlighting innovative strategies and proven practices across five key areas: Family Engagement, Curriculum, Wellness and Health, Cross-Cutting Approaches, and Leadership. Attendees can expect engaging learning formats, including in-person and virtual sessions, pre-recorded offerings, and an intensive full-day pre-conference workshop. The event supports the holistic well-being of children and families, emphasizing parental roles as primary educators and advocates, and building strong partnerships in alignment with the Parent, Family and Community Engagement Framework.
Sponsorship options
Conference sponsorships offer a high-impact opportunity to connect directly with Head Start WEST members and leaders during our in-person, hybrid, and virtual events. Benefits include brand visibility, tabling opportunities, and session hosting, depending on the selected package. Options include: Vendor Package (In Person) for $1,250 (includes vendor table, logo in emails + marketing, app access, 2 representatives); Vendor Package (Virtual) for $625 (includes logo in emails + marketing, app access for virtual exhibit space, no onsite attendance); Additional Representative for $250 each (up to 4 total per in-person package).
