Dividing the Waters Conference

The Dividing the Waters conference series, hosted by The National Judicial College, is designed to prepare judicial officers for efficiently and effectively adjudicating complex water-related cases by offering education, information, and a collaborative network. These conferences address critical water issues such as climate change, water quality, endangered species, and challenges posed by growing cities, integrating law, science, and good judgment. The next in-person conference will be held in Tucson, Arizona.
