The Community Leadership Summit is a one-day, high-value leadership experience that is happening alongside ICMI's Contact Center Expo, on Tuesday, October 27 from 8:30 am - 3:30 pm. It's designed exclusively for volunteer board members, chapter officers, and community leaders shaping the future of the contact center and CX profession. This summit is invite-only and intentionally limited to preserve the quality of conversations. ICMI is stepping forward as the central convener and champion of community leadership in our industry.
