It brings together federal, state, and local agencies, utilities, industry leaders, and researchers to create a national model for resilient infrastructure and to establish a unified path forward for modernization of policies, codes, and systems to support long-term recovery. Day 1 focuses on Policy & Strategy, addressing integration, investment, and system-wide recovery.
