BODY-WORN CAMERA SOLUTION INDUSTRY DAY

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) is announcing an Industry Day focused on commercially available body-worn camera solutions. This Industry Day aims to provide the agency with an understanding on the use and functionality of body-worn cameras in law enforcement and specifically the correctional environment. The event will facilitate open communication between FBOP key stakeholders and industry partners to demonstrate their solutions functionality and use cases in support of the agencies' goal to provide accountability and transparency for staff actions, provide support in the investigation of inmate allegations, and increase training and procedural adherence to agency policy.
