Organized by the Office of the Advocate for Small Business Capital Formation, the Forum brings together members of the public and private sectors to collaborate and provide suggestions to improve policy affecting how entrepreneurs, small businesses, and smaller public companies raise capital from investors. This unique event allows the Commission to receive feedback directly from participants to improve capital-raising policy for startups to smaller public companies and their investors.
