2027 Policy & Issues Forum

NACHC's 2027 Policy & Issues Forum (P&I) is the nation's premier gathering of Community Health Center leaders. This national event provides a prime opportunity for health center leaders and primary care champions to unite for a common movement and vision. NACHC is laying the groundwork to expand Community Health Centers (CHCs) and transform primary care through the Triple Double strategy, with critical goals including doubling primary care spending, doubling the number of CHC patients served, and doubling the primary care workforce. CHCs currently serve nearly 52 million patients—approximately 1 in 7 Americans, including 1 in 3 people in rural areas—through a network of over 1,500 CHCs operating more than 17,000 service delivery sites, supported by over 330,000 professionals. The conference will focus on strengthening and expanding primary care to more Americans, featuring a powerful lineup of thought leaders, education sessions, and peer exchanges to spotlight innovative approaches to chronic disease management, explore promising new care models, and equip attendees with breakthrough strategies for their communities.
