2027 National Service Training

America's Service Commissions, in partnership with state and territorial service commissions, is pleased to announce the dates for 2027 National Service Training (NST). This training is designed to support national service program and nonprofit staff in their professional development, providing tools needed to effectively manage AmeriCorps and other volunteer-driven programs. The primary audiences for NST are AmeriCorps State/National program and fiscal staff, state and territorial service commission staff, and commissioners. All other streams of national service, including AmeriCorps Seniors, Native Nations, VISTA, NCCC, and VGF, will find relevant workshop content and are welcome to attend. Workshops will cover topics such as AmeriCorps Fiscal & Grants Management, AmeriCorps Program Management, Special Topics, State and Territorial Service Commissions, and Volunteer and Member Engagement. The conference offers both an in-person event in St. Louis, MO, and a virtual component.
