2027 Leadership Development and Advisory Council (LDAC) Conference

The Leadership Development and Advisory Council (LDAC) is a group of dedicated appraisers who come together annually in Washington, D.C., to formulate solutions to challenges faced by the appraisal profession. This conference fosters creative thought from talented real estate appraisal professionals, develops future leaders for the Appraisal Institute, and establishes an appraiser presence in Congress to engage in the political process. Attendees will contribute to shaping the appraisal profession and have their voices heard by the nation’s lawmakers, serving as a springboard for future leadership within the Appraisal Institute.
