About this conference
The Eastern Commercial Motor Vehicle Safety Summit brings together federal and state agencies, law enforcement, motor carriers, industry associations, researchers, and safety technology providers to share practices and strengthen partnerships across the Eastern Service Center region. The summit aims to share insights, strengthen partnerships, and advance commercial motor vehicle safety.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities are now available. Showcase your company or organization and support commercial motor vehicle safety. Sponsorship levels include Bronze: $1,500, Silver: $2,500, Gold: $5,000. All summit sponsors receive exhibit space, logo recognition in the summit program, on the website and venue signage, and thank-you acknowledgements. Custom event support options range from $100–$1,499 to support networking breaks, Wi-Fi, attendee amenities, or other summit activities. Complimentary exhibitor space is available, subject to availability, with priority for nonprofit organizations, government agencies, educational institutions, and other CMV or highway safety organizations.
