2026 YMCA National Judicial Competition

The YMCA National Judicial Competition (NJC) is an annual competition for high school student participants in the model judicial components – Appellate Court and Mock Trial – of the YMCA Youth and Government program. This multi-day event consists of a model U.S. Supreme Court and a national-level Mock Trial tournament, both of which involve preparing and arguing exciting court cases. High school students who have previously participated in Youth in Government or Mock Trial can compete, expanding on the legal processes learned in their state programs and building their skills at an even higher level.
