About this conference
WV GeoCon, hosted by the West Virginia Association of Geospatial Professionals (WVAGP), is the largest gathering of geospatial professionals in the state, bringing together a wide community of government entities, academic institutions, non-profit organizations, and businesses that have an interest in geospatial news, research, products, services, and applications. The conference promotes geospatial technology and professions across the state and outside its borders, providing opportunities for professional development, collaboration, and networking for diverse backgrounds and experience levels. It is intended to provide ample time and space for professional development workshops, presentations of ideas, the annual Business Meeting, and networking between professionals, vendors, and organizations that utilize geospatial technology and practices.
