About this conference
The 2026 CIC State Councils Annual Conference provides state executives and their staff with a forum for face-to-face networking and an opportunity to share best practices with their institutional members. Programming includes workshops, speakers, educational sessions, and peer exchange opportunities, offering tools and timely insights from sector experts to better serve independent colleges and universities within their respective states. All state association executive directors and staff members are welcome to attend. A $1,500 travel subsidy will be provided to offset costs associated with participation, reimbursed after the event.
Sponsorship options
Multiple sponsorship levels are available including Premier, Higher Education Champion, Higher Education Partner, and Higher Education Cultivator, each offering various benefits such as opportunities to lead sessions, logo recognition, display tables, participant lists, complimentary registrations, and event sponsorship (receptions, dinners, lunch). An additional Wi-Fi Sponsorship option is also available, offering company name as Wi-Fi password and redirect to sponsor website. All pledge forms and full payment must be received no later than January 30, 2026.
