About this conference
The 2026 South Texas All Hazards Conference (STAHC) is the 12th annual premier training event for federal, state, and local public safety and emergency response professionals. As the second-largest emergency response training event in Texas, STAHC is designed to strengthen regional readiness through training, collaboration, and shared resources, aligning with the National Incident Management System (NIMS). The conference offers a comprehensive, high-quality training experience with an exhibit hall and five educational tracks covering Leadership, Public Health & Healthcare, Emergency Management, Public Works, and Law Enforcement. Attendees will gain access to current best practices, emerging threat updates, and real-world case studies to support effective preparedness and response efforts. The theme for this year is 'Preparing South Texas for What's Next'. This event is not open to the public; attendance is free of charge and strictly limited to individuals affiliated with eligible public safety and emergency response organizations. All attendees must present valid agency or organizational identification at check-in.
