About this conference
We are pleased to invite you to join the Region 3 jurisdictions in Chicago, IL, for the 2026 Region 3 Conference. The conference provides an opportunity for you and your peers to discuss relevant driver's license, motor vehicle and law enforcement related issues. As with every AAMVA conference, the ability to network is one of the most beneficial experiences, and this year's regional conference provides several networking opportunities as well as interactive learning opportunities. Jurisdiction attendees will learn about the successes and challenges of others, share ideas, build relationships, and discover the many products and services provided by our industry partners that can assist in your mission. Industry attendees will have the opportunity to meet with key players in the driver's license, motor vehicle and law enforcement arenas.
Sponsorship options
Becoming a sponsor for the 2026 Region 3 Conference provides an opportunity to brand and support your image as a market leader within the motor vehicle and law enforcement community and to develop onsite relationships with administrators and managers in member jurisdictions. This year we are offering 4 sponsorship packages. The packages and what they include are listed below. The sponsors of the first three packages " Platinum, Gold and Silver will be selected from a lottery. To participate in the lottery, please submit the online form below. Slots are limited so send in your requests! The Sponsor Lottery entrants are due by 12 Noon EST on August 19, 2026. Platinum Level: $12,000 (2 Available); Gold Level: $8,000 (7 Available); Silver Level: $5,000 (10 Available); Bronze Level: $3,000 (Unlimited Available).
